In which countries is it possible to shop online?

We ship worldwide! Our current shipping locations are USA, Spain, Portugal, France, Monaco, Italy, Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Romania, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Russia, Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea and China.

What is your price adjustment policy?

Price adjustments on previous orders are not permitted.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of some of our products, which are hand washed/dyed in which there may be difference between pcs.

 Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Golden's latest new products and offers?

Yes. Sign up for our Newsletter you will receive information on Golden’s latest products, lookbooks and events.

Can I cancel my Golden Newsletter subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send. 

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact us.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the "my orders" section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you.

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can just email our customer service.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Golden Denim only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

 What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

How long will my order take to reach me?

International orders are provided with two shipping options. USPS ( United States Postal Service ) and UPS ( United Postal Service ).

USPS does not provide live tracking and could take 5-30 business days to deliver. UPS takes 7-10 business days and provides you with live tracking ( Recommend ).

Domestic Orders usually take 5-7 business days. Below is a map that provides an estimated time frame to receive your goods. Please note orders take 1-2 business days to process, and all

orders made before 9 a.m PST will be processed same day.
