F.A.Q's for Returns and Exchanges

Golden Denim won't be responsible for any product that has not been properly identified and authorized for return in accordance with Golden Denim return policy. Golden Denim reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received. If any additional pieces are included in your box that were not reported or listed on your RA. They will be disregarded and unclaimed.

Do you allow returns?

Yes, we do! Please email us your Order number to Shipping@goldendenim.com, to request RA Code.  All returns will be online credit only, and must have an RA Code.

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.

Can I just mail my goods back?

NO! Please do not mail any goods back. Any goods that are returned without a RA code will be disregarded and marked unclaimed.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees when an exchange or a return is requested. 

Do you allow refunds?

We only offer and issue online store credit for returns.

How will I receive my refund.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive an online credit code that you may apply towards your next purchase.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

We're all human and we all make mistakes. No need to fret just please reach out to our online customer service and we will do our very best to solve any issues as quickly as possible.
